Abstract

The enhancement of searches on organisations’ internal and external knowledge bases can also take place through the use of AI-based conversational chatbots.

The presentation includes a live demo of an Enterprise Search Engine connected to a Cognitive Chatbot to perform natural language searches on a technical knowledge base.
