While CCMS (Component Content Management Systems) have remained reliable, it’s time to consider the possibility of change.

Experts predict that even the latest trends such as content delivery, ontologies, and the cloud may not be enough to drive the evolution of software for technical writers.

The challenges ahead require a fresh perspective, as simply following established paths may not be enough to overcome them. By rethinking our assumptions about CCMSs, new and exciting possibilities can be uncovered.
