Abstract

The presentation will illustrate the status of the ongoing work of the STEMG for the preparation of Issue 9, which is scheduled to be released in April 2024.

The first part of the session will be dedicated to the open item for the review of the metaterminology used in the specification, with the aim of harmonizing it with international standards. This significant open item is the result of a collaborative project which was developed during the STEMG meeting hosted at the University of Padova in September 2022.

The second part of the presentation will give an updated overview of the STEMG structure which now includes new STE national and multi-country working groups.
